At Harben House, we devote our time and energy to carrying only the best product lines. Just like most of you, we are obsessed with skincare and have made a career out of researching products and procedures to maintain our skin and hopefully slow the aging process. Am I right? 

When our owner told us she found a new brand she was obsessed with about a month ago, of course I trusted her skincare expertise, but in the skincare world, you might hear the phrase "I am obsessed with this," 40 times per day. It wasn't until she booked a training with our sister-store, Beleza MedSpa, that I really understood what she had found.

Without further adieu, we are extremely excited to announce the addition of Truth Treatment Systems. Developed by the amazing Benjamin Fuchs, R. Ph., this skincare line is one like no other. In a nutshell, we are blown away by these products, but more so, we are blown away by the mastermind behind the products, Ben Fuchs. Within the first five minutes of his presentation, I was hanging on every word. Not only is he brilliant, but his enthusiasm and passion for skincare is undeniably contagious.

As for a little background, Ben is a registered pharmacist, nutritionist and skincare chemist. For the past 32 years he has devoted his time to developing what he likes to call “pharmacy-potent skin health products” designed for aestheticians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, skincare enthusiasts, and of course his own clients. In summary, HE IS A GENIUS.

“I believe that caring for your skin can be much more than cosmetic. I believe that caring for the skin is about the health of the skin. And that’s why I created Benjamin Fuchs, R. Ph. Truth Treatment Systems™; to provide topical nourishment for the skin that meets the strictest performance standards,” said Fuchs.

What I like most about his products is that they are made with only 100% active and functional ingredients. Ben prides himself that all of his products are made without any fillers, preservatives, emulsifiers, waxes, oils or fragrances. “Our ingredients leverage the latest biochemical understandings and utilize proven strategies gleaned from years of compounding prescription skin health products for physicians and the most discerning patients,” said Fuchs.

The backbone to these products is what Fuchs refers to as a transdermal matrix system (TDM), which is a vitamin and delivery system into the skin specifically formulated by Ben Fuchs for his products. This discovery, my friends, is what sets this product line above the rest.

What’s even better about Truth Treatment Systems™ is that there are only FOUR products in the line! Yes, four. Let’s break them down one by one.

1. Truth Treatments Transdermal C Serum (Truth Serum) – The Truth Serum is considered the motherload of all Vitamin C products. Containing 80% Vitamin C, this serum is the leader of the Truth Treatment Systems™ product line. What’s innovative about this serum is that it contains a fat-soluble Vitamin C (as opposed to water-soluble), which is rare amongst the Vitamin C serum family. It does not contain any L-Ascorbic Acid, which is a very commonly known water-soluble Vitamin C. Fuchs claims only fat-soluble Vitamin C can penetrate the outer layer of the skin (stratum corneum), which is what sets this serum apart.

Use: 1-2 drops once or twice per day applied onto damp skin.

2. Truth Treatments Transdermal C Balm (Truth Balm) – The Truth Balm is another highlight to Fuchs’ product line. This Balm, intended for PM use, contains 70% fat soluble Vitamin C. This product utilizes the TDM delivery system, which is formulated to work overnight to repair while you sleep.

Use: Apply a pea-sized amount to damp skin nightly. Gently massage into skin to enhance penetration.

3. Truth Treatments Regenerating 5% Retinol Gel (Retinol Gel) – The Regenerating 5% Retinol Gel is a potent blend of healing Vitamin C and exfoliating Vitamin A aimed to remove dead cells to diminish discoloration, smooth lines and minimize scars.

Use: Truth Retinol Gel is highly concentrated. Apply a pea-sized amount to damp skin 1-2 times/week for visible improvements. If redness or irritation result, reduce frequency of application.

4. Truth Treatments Omega 6 Healing Cream (Healing Cream) – Omega 6 Healing Cream is a rich hydrator designed to restore the skin’s tissue using 100% active and functional ingredients. Originally formulated to heal surgical wounds and burns, the Premium Lipophilic Vitamin C and Omega 6 fats in this product work together to soften and improve skin elasticity, balance and function. Refines texture, helps smooth scars, lines and wrinkles.

Use: Apply a very small amount morning or night to damp skin as needed. Can be applied with other Truth products.
