Unlimited returns are accepted for unopened, unused product returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

If there is an issue with your order like a delivery error or product arriving damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing at hello@harbenhouse.com. In cases like this when a return is necessary, we will provide a label at our cost.

Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed once delivered to our facility. Be sure to include your five-digit order number within the return packaging.

We do not accept returns on product that has been opened or used, except in rare circumstances on a case-by-case basis. In these cases, you will be refunded with store credit.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We have a curated collection of only the best scientific skincare and clean beauty brands, so you can be sure every product we carry is authentic and something we believe to be useful.

Many skincare products now use airless pumps, which use a moving piston inside the bottle instead of a straw. This allows you to get all the product out, but this type of bottle can be clogged by an air bubble that temporarily blocks product from dispensing.

In the vast majority of cases, when there's a problem dispensing product from these bottles, it is just an air bubble, not a manufacturing defect.

Fortunately, it is very easy to fix the problem by following the steps below:

• Turn the bottle upside down with the cap on and tap it on a hard surface (like a table or palm of hand) several times.
• Uncap the product and prime the pump to release air by pressing down about 5-10 times. Product should begin flowing at this point.
• If your product is still not pumping out, repeat steps 1 and 2.
• If you are still unable to get product to come out after multiple attempts, please contact us at hello@harbenhouse.com.

We do not have a formal price matching policy, but will match competitors' prices on a case-by-case basis. If you see an advertised price you want us to match, send us an email at hello@harbenhouse.com to inquire.

We ship all orders in sturdy size-matched cardboard boxes and wrap product in tissue paper and paper cushioning to protect it from damage in transit. We are in the process of reducing or eliminating single use plastic from our packaging in an attempt to be more sustainable.

Some products like certain sunscreens and vitamin c serums will ship with a cold pack in warmer months to prevent damage in transit. While we do our best to prevent heat related damage, you are responsible for retrieving packages from mailboxes or package lockers in a timely manner to prevent damage to heat sensitive products. For best results order these products before summer temperatures reach your area.
