How to Use
Massage a pea-sized amount into clean, damp skin once or twice weekly. May be combined with other Truth Treatments products to buffer activity. If redness or irritation result, reduce frequency of application.

This is a very effective retinol and it is not irritating like the prescription retinoids. I can see a difference the morning after I've used it.
