Truth Treatment Systems NRGY Current Device is a rechargeable microcurrent and EMS facial device. Intended for cosmetic use. The dual hemispheres of the NRGY Current Device are ideal for total contact with faces of all shapes and sizes. The NRGY Current Device provides adjustable output of microcurrent pulses delivered through four levels: 5 microamperes (µA), 10µA, 15µA, and 20µA, and two modes. Mode 1 provides low-level electrical microcurrent pulses resulting in optimal facial stimulation at 9.6Hz. Mode 2 provides Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) at 4.5Hz.

This device should only be used with Truth Treatment Systems ElectroDerm. For novice users, begin treatment with 5 minutes on Level 1, and gradually increase up to 10 minutes before proceeding to higher intensities. The intensity of the device will vary depending on your own individual sensitivity.

How to Use

Apply 2 pumps of ElectroDerm to start, add additional pumps as needed to continue your treatment.

Microcurrent and the NRGY Current Device are contraindicated against and should not be used if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker and/or electronic implanted device, have epilepsy/seizures or active cancer. Do not use over suspicious or cancerous lesions.

Sorry to hear of others problems but I love my device. I have had it for 2 years - still works great and it has a lot of power - make sure to start out low and move up to the top strength

Bought the Device

It looks like Harbenhouse has received a lot of defective devices. Mine was broken too. It pulled my face together while using it. Harbenhouse then informed me that I had to contact TT directly. I found this to be quite unique as it should normally be the responsibility of the seller. It would be helpful if this was also mentioned on the homepage. I then wrote to TT via Instagram. The exchange was actually quick, only I received the device 2 months later because TT didn't take care of it properly. Then I got another customs bill. I received a gift box for it. The replaced device also works. But still only 2 stars because you should do better.

Nrgy micro current device by Truth Systems

Bought the nrgy device from the Truth systems site. Didn’t work right out of the box. Unfortunately I didn’t get around to trying it due to traveling until after the small window of time they give you. So I paid 200.00 for nothing! I couldn’t even try it! I reached out to them via phone and 2 emails and got no response, which is what I’ve heard others complain about..What a terrible waste of money and horrible customer service. I’m returning the 265.00 worth of their product I purchased to try with the device, which will help ease the pain of the 200.00 loss. I wish I would have listened to the warnings of others. If the device was that good you would think they’d want to reach out. Lesson learned

So disappointed

I bought a NRGY device off the Truth Serums which is the where the device originally came from. After watching YouTubers give glowing reviews, I spent the $$ to buy one. Immediately upon handling it, all the lettering on the device was wiped off the device. I have been unable to get it to charge. I so wanted this to be as promoted. There were moments I was able to get it to turn on and the power was amazing but ultimately it keeps dying on me...PLEASE people there are so many of us that believe you. Maybe I got a device from a faulty group. I don't know. I have used NuFace forever and was so excited to see a new and better alternative...but this device is unable to hold a charge. Please help me with returning it and get my $$ refunded!!!
