To prevent this toner from drying out or irritating the skin, Obagi skillfully added aloe vera and witch hazel that soothe inflammation and minimize redness.

How to Use

After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.
