I received this as a sample and had to by the full size. This is a cleanser that I feel actually improves skin. I feel the glycolic acid working right away. I massage it into dry skin and wait a bit before washing off. I usually just brush my teeth while waiting. When I wash it off my skin is extremely smooth it blows me away every time, I bring it down my neck just a little when washing off and haven’t had irritation. I struggle to find ways to use an an acid in my routine and this is it. I use 2-3 times a week at the moment and may increase usage as I haven’t noticed any irritation. I have used the SkinMedica AHA/BHA cleanser in the past and that one was so harsh and drying. Left me red and flakey so I kind of got turned off of exfoliating cleansers but this one is perfect. Avoid using around the eyes. The bottle is huge and I only need a small amount to cover my face. I could see a bottle lasting me almost a year. Will most likely be a regular purchase now for me.

This, along with Duality and bioclear serum, has saved my skin! For years I have been struggling with flare ups, congested pores, blackheads, whiteheads, hormonal cysts, and nothing seemed to work. Other products would make it look a bit better for a while but most problems persisted. It only took 2-3 weeks of this combo to start seeing incredible results! I love this cleanser! It means business with its glycolic acid. I definitely feel a stinging feeling almost immediately after applying, but I love that it is a creamy lotion texture that seems to soothe my skin simultaneously. After rinsing, my clean feels smooth and isn't left feeling dry. 8oz bottle is massive too, so I feel like the $40 price tag is very reasonable.

I got this as a gift with purchase and it is very good - honestly i haven't used it every day, it slightly stings my face so i use it every other day at the evening but one thing i can tell you - after this wash face has this glow and looks so smooth.

A non-irritating cream base which I love. You can feel a very slight tingle sometimes, but I don't mind and it leaves skin super soft and hydrated. I feel like it gives a nice deep clean without being drying whatsoever.
