I love this cleanser I’ve been using it for 2-3 years now and it never fails. Isn’t drying or stripping and is gentle

I’ve been using this for probably 8 years. It was the first medical grade product I bought. I’ve never been without it. I’ve rotated different cleansers in for my morning routine but nothing compares to this one. It’s the only scented product in my routine. But the smell is lovely. The gel glides so perfect, its almost like a thick serum. A little goes a long way. The bottle lasts a long time. Facial massage is easy with this cleanser, never stings the eyes. If I look in a magnifying mirror after I can see just how clean my skin is. Works great with my acne prone skin. My face never feels tight after, I never feel like there is residue left behind. It’s just a perfect start before applying products.

I had 3 things I needed from a skincare line:

1. Combats hormonal cystic acne
2. Can keep extremely dry skin hydrated
3. Isn’t too harsh for my overly sensitive skin…

This checks all 3. Overall it’s a great actual cleanser. It doesn’t leave a weird filmy residue like other lines and I feel like my face looks and feels cleaner and brighter. Plus, after only 3 days, my acne is starting to completely dry and clear up.

So happy to finally have found a solution to my issue.

I've used Cleansing Complex on and off for over a year and I kind of understand the hype. I have rosacea and very sensitive, combo-dry skin that's prone to dehydration and perioral dermatitis, as well as slightly acne-prone. I need a cleanser that feels like it cleans effectively without disrupting my skin barrier. I generally go for creamy cleansers that I can use on dry skin to remove my sunscreen, like Senté's Soothing Cleanser, which is my favorite.
Cleansing Complex is, somehow, just a very pleasant, gentle, lightweight gel cleanser with just the right amount of lather. Despite the claims, I don't believe that it exfoliates based on the ingredients list, which is better for my skin anyway. I don't know if I'll repurchase it again, but I'm using up the remains of my last bottle on days when I've done HIIT with sunscreen on or worn a mask for hours on end. It gets the job done!

This cleanser may not seem like much but it does what it promises. A little goes a long way, and it leaves skin squeaky clean without stripping. A tiny drop is enough so it lasts forever, it's soothing, and it doesn't irritate my skin. Definitely one of the favorites.
