Oenothera Biennis ( Primrose) Flower Extract – contains fatty acids, phenolic acids, and flavonoids which act as powerful antioxidants. This extract also contains multiple proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, and vitamins that strengthen and create a healthy balance to the skin. Strengthens the epidermal barrier, normalizes the excessive loss of water through the epidermis, and improves smoothness.
