The toner reduces oil to promote a matte finish by balancing the skin’s pH to its prime, natural state. L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), is a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and fosters collagen synthesis. The antioxidant also reduces the sight of hyperpigmentation due to sun damage. To prevent this toner from drying out or irritating the skin, Obagi skillfully added aloe vera and witch hazel that soothe inflammation and minimize redness.

How to Use
After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.
