Okay this serum is 100% worth it, first of all, last time I used it for just a month, now ITS BEEN three months and I can't get enough. First of all this has HUMAN growth factors that directly communicate to our cells unlike other serums. It's more gentle than the TNS serum and works better too. It is a much better price than the other anteage serums and its amazing for my PIH and melasma. It works great on it's own, it has balanced, repaired, and healed my skin so so so much. It helps with dark spots however it does not help with redness that much, or dullness or yellowness. The Skin better Eventone helps with yellowness and redness and I use that as well. But that doesnt have HUMAN stem cells which reduce signs of aging.Other stem cells serums are EVEN more expensive than this and don't even have that much. Anteage is amazing. I use one pump a night of the brightener, a gentle cleanser from face reality, vitamin c 10% serum, skinbetter even tone, alpharet overnight cream, and spf 50-70 . I apply spf every day every two hours even if I'm indoors. I eat well, I do skincare am and pm, exfoliate, do yoga, and use RF tightening at home machines and microcurrent and gua sha. This serum is a must have for me. If you have hyperpigmentation even a little you need this you will be hooked. One pump a night lasts over 6 months. A cleanser, spf, vitamin c, retinol, and brightener are a must for everyone. Always go see a dermatologists for diagnosis and esthetician for treatments.

I just finished my first bottle and I really loved it! My melasma is not completely gone but this definitely held it at bay. My overall tone is much brighter and healthier looking. If using 2 full pumps, it does take a little time to soak in before moving on to the next step in your routine. I repurchased this and am hoping to see continued improvement!
This a nice effective brightener. It doesn't work miracles, but it's as effective as other products on the market that aren't prescription.
This is a remarkable serum that makes my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation basically disappear. This serum is very concentrated but, it's still not enough on it's own for me. If you use drugstore products and dont like the results then get this. This is a serum that when combined with vitamin c during the day, and retinol during the night, it will do amazing things. However, you dont need to buy again once you get the desired results since that's what it says. Also, a regular stem cell serum from anteage or neogenesis is much more worth the price. Tranemaxic acid is available through apostrophe and other online pharmacies for a lower price. Save your money for the anteage serum! Not this!
