EltaMD UV Physical Broad-Spectrum SPF 41 - Tinted

$41.00

Description

EltaMD UV Physical is a chemical-free and oil-free lightly tinted sunscreen that is sensitive enough for delicate or post-procedure skin. The non-irritating sunscreen stays in place due to its ability to powerfully withstand sweating, humidity and full water submersion. Linoleic acid, quercetin and thioctic acid are antioxidants found in the sun protector that minimize the appearance of aging by neutralizing free radicals.

Years of use

I’ve used this sunscreen for years. It’s always on my shelf. The tint is perfect with my skin tone. I use this on days that I am just at home or running around town. It layers great. Its my go to beach sunscreen I can reapply it 3 or 4 times and it never pills. It’s for post procedure skin so it works great after laser treatments or dermaplaning appointments. I usually use the true physical intellashade if I’m going out or going to work and I’ll mix it with this and it makes the intellashade feel less heavy and gives a great finish. Can use it right up to my eyes and never irritates them. I have acne prone skin and this has never broken me out. It’s just a solid tinted spf.

Go-to Sunscreen

If the tint works for you this is an amazing sunscreen. I have combo-oily fair skin. For comparison, UV Restore is too dark for my skin and leaves too much of a dewy finish. This one has a lighter tint (doesn't oxidize orange) and has a natural skin-like finish. It also doesn’t sting around the eyes which I love and find I can reapply nicely. I’ve repurchased multiple times.

Drying

I wanted to love this as it gets such amazing reviews. However, if you have spectrum of dry skin I don't think this will work. It was extremely drying for me throughout the day even when layered on top of moisturiser and other serums I tried it as a body sunscreen as an alternative and it was still very drying.

My new sunscreen

I got a sample of this because I wanted to try a tinted sunscreen. This has a nice formula and didn't settle into any lines so I bought the full size. It doesn't break me out either.

great sunscreen

I have tried almost all of their spf over the time with samples and to be honest - i don't see much difference in them, they all sit great on my skin, under makeup and does not cause breakouts! They are amazing value and I suggest them to all!
